Just renewed our lease here. Amazing location, accommodating front desk, and they are very informative about changes and amenities updates. We recently had issues with our fridge and dishwasher and the Cobbler Square team was communicative and worked to repair them. In the end we were given new appliances and the team checked in to make sure everything was working. It seems they are up to date with inspecting the units and give written notice before entering. I miss living there! It'll always be one of my favorite apartments. Perfect location, great community and so very unique!!
One of the best apartment living experiences I've had! Excellent community and amazingly large and well lit units. The exposed brick, HVAC, and wooden ceiling construction really gives off an industrial urban city vibe. The courtyards were beautiful year round and the historical architectural features of where this complex comes from is also a giant plus! Will definitely recommend!
