Had to bring my dog in on a Sunday for a UTI, and they gave her Gabapentin (which is a nerve pill). Then 6 days later I have to bring her back because she collapsed and was drooling terribly. The doctor proceeded to tell me before any bloodwork that it's probably a brain tumor then proceeds to charge me nearly $1000 again for the second time in 6 days to tell me they don't know what's wrong and this isn't an isolated incident. Terrible service!

This place was awesome!!! did took cate of my baby Scarlett when she ate my high blood pressure pill. they were very helpful over the phone and in person awesome service.
Sedated cat for X-ray then again for ultrasound, gave three Lasix injections, two other drugs, an IV, drew blood, didn’t care if he ate at all or urinated, and god knows what else happened there. Too much for an older cat with breathing and heart problems. Supposedly put on oxygen but you can’t go inside because of COVID, so who knows. They can come outside and take your money though. They were so good to me and my Brutus. I kinda was upset how the cremation was told to me, I also think because I was freaked out, because I just lost my baby. but hands down help me and gave me the number to call to get my Brutus. I think about it it makes sense because I looked it up and I think Brutus had a type of skin cancer, I thought it was just a blackhead that come up. They type of Cancer attacks the Blood vessels. Been here for hours and no one has told me anything about my daughters pet!!!
We took our sweet dog, Luke, in today because of two lumps that formed quickly. We were very very concerned as he wouldn't even climb stairs. They were wonderful at reassuring us that it wasn't life threatening today, and to save money, we could simply take him to our family vet tomorrow (Monday) to get the lumps tested. Peace of mind and no huge bill! They really care!
I live an hour and a half away. I have a Guinea pig that stopped breathing. I called all the vets in my area no one would take her. I called Keisha said yes bring her in. I got there the staff was so understanding and loving. They calmed my fears and shared some laughter with me. I was afraid the cost would be out the roof. But to my surprise it was very reasonable.
