Very clean and very professional staff .
I am currently over a week past my refill date and have been without my medication because my prescription was not properly sent to the pharmacy. This is the second time this specific issue has occurred. -Current Prescription Delay: Earlier this week, Dr. Ekeji updated my chart but failed to call it into the pharmacy. I have sent multiple messages through the patient portal that remain unanswered. I knew it couldn't always be great. Show up and there is no provider, no meds that were to be refilled, and no reason why. First bad experience but it was bad.
Incredible staff, no waiting, walk-ins welcome AND opened till 5p. I cannot say enough great things about the location, processes or staff!
Tameka Tolbert, NP is the best provider. She is very thorough, attentive to your needs and has the best bedside manner! I would definitely recommend her!
