Such a beautiful building with excellent-quality materials and insulation, especially for an older property. It's actually much quieter than my previous apartment, which has been a huge plus. I love the staff and the strong sense of community here. Luis has been amazing throughout the process. He was incredibly helpful with our move and very accommodating with our move-in dates, which made everything much less stressful. The management team, especially Robert, Luis, and Gil, is friendly, professional, and responsive. I feel respected and safe as a resident, and they communicate well regarding building improvements and construction concerns. I’ve never experienced any major issues due to their management, and overall, I am satisfied and happy living here. It truly feels like a small, close-knit community.
The team at The Cobb are meticulous with the building and considerate to the tenant. I have been happy to call this home since 2016.
