Stayed a year at the Cobb. Louis has always been tremendously helpful. The unit itself was lovely and appliances were new with good features. Location is also great with quick access to i5 and sitting right on top of the train station. Only gripe I have is the moving logistics - can be quite a hassle due to accessibility. Update: more than 6 months later, Luis continued to go above and beyond to help me locate a package that was mistakenly delivered to the Cobb after I moved out! Amazingly helpful

I have owned and rented a number of places in Seattle, and I can honestly say that Ben and Luis are the absolute BEST at taking care of their residents. Super attentive to details and always responsive to questions. I would still be there had my work not required me to move.
I love living at the Cobb. Beautiful interior with in unit W/D. Maintenance is quick if needed. Very secure building and managers attention to detail much appreciated. There is a great Newsfeed for communication. The rooftop is beautiful and has placed to sit and multiple gas grills. Even though downtown , the noise level is less because the windows and being an old classic building seems to block it more than my prior Seattle apartments did. Absolutely enjoyed my experience living 2 years at the Cobb.. very unique upgraded building with a lot of history. The staff Ben, Louis and Gil were always super professional and helpful. The residents friendly. Everything is within walking distance!
