They ripped off my elderly parents (90's) after their house was gutted from burst pipes. Had contract signed under 1 name (Go Fixx It) & building permit under Cobalt Ind. They never signed contract themselves. Admitted to lying about being registered so no chance to redeem stolen money from HIC guarantee fund. They were hired to pant the exterior of my house and used interior paint
Hired our company, Atlantic Gutters Llc to do work for them, we have been hearing story after story concerning payment for our work, and we have not been paid. If you are a Contractor, or a service provider, stay as far as you can from John or Cobalt. (We were paid a couple of days after this posting, secretary mentioned that i was "Harassing her" just because i was inquiring about payment for our services to Cobalt. Will never do any more work for Cobalt again).
