I booked an appt out a month or so before a major convention event and received a call the day before my appt from reception telling me the stylust wouldnt be in on the day of my appt. There was no offer to match me with another stylist or apology and I was left with no way to rebook ahead of my speaking engagement and nowhere I would be able to get another appt ahead of time. Bailey is first stylist I've had that really listened to me about my ridiculous hair, and what I was hoping for. She took the time to check in with me throughout the process to make sure I was happy with the cut and inquire if I wanted any changes. She was open, friendly, and kind. I was nervous about trying a new salon and she immediately put me at my ease. Best experience and haircut that I've had in years.
I get my hair cut there regularly, almost each time by a different stylist and Kelsey was the most recent. I think they're all amazing. This salon isn't just for women, they give a guy's cut pretty well. Highly recommended!
Sara does an amazing job with my color and always gets it to look so natural! I've done dark brown, brown with red undertones, blonde highlights and now blonde! Every time it looks amazing and I get exactly what I was after!
Sophia was excellent. She made me feel beautiful and I can’t wait to see her again. I would recommend her to all of my friends without reservation.
