Outrageous $150 highlights Worst salon experience I've ever had. After 3 hours and $150, my hair looked the same as it did when I arrived. The colorist, Ashley, either did not pay any attention to the photos and information I provided her, or simply was not skilled enough. The "manager" offered to allow me to come back to get the color done the way I wanted, however wanted me to pay even more. Unprofessional, untalented, unresponsive. What a mistake to go to Cobalt Blue.
