We moved from out of state, found Cobalt online, and it was even better than expected! Location's great, amenities are great, people are great. Was a bit concerned about the timing of our movers, but Kacey was super friendly & extremely helpful throughout the process, and ensured we had everything we need (even to this day!) Highly recommended.
Cobalt is a great location and has top flight amenities. What made our stay awesome though is the property manager Kacey. He is so easy to work with and has such a friendly positive attitude. Super responsive and nothing goes unnoticed. Maintenance team is also awesome and the turnaround time on any repairs is extremely fast.
Cobalt is a wonderful place to live and I highly recommend! The apartments have beautiful and thoughtful fixtures as well as the gym and pool amenities- But what truly sets this property apart for me is Kacey managing this property. I have never felt so seen and cared for by a property manager in all my time living in LA for over a decade- Kacey makes this apartment a home. I lived at the Cobalt for almost 2.5 years and really enjoyed my time there! The apartment layout was unique and set itself apart from most other buildings I looked at. My experience was ok for the first year, but definitely improved once Helio took over and Kacey, Erick and the rest of the team came on board.
