I lived at the Cobalt for almost 2.5 years and really enjoyed my time there! The apartment layout was unique and set itself apart from most other buildings I looked at. I had a tour on a Sunday and was impressed by the excellent customer service of leasing agent Jonathan. He was patient, polite and knowledgeable. Easton Alexeyev is a jewel. She was kind, very helpful and went out of her way to make us feel welcome. She deserves the best.
OK, I barely write reviews for anything, but Kacey at Cobalt Apartments has *completely* changed my experience living here. I truly can’t say enough good things about him and have not had a property manager experience as good as this—ever.
