Outstanding service as always. In a pinch and they were on site a few hours later to get us up and running again!
I was so disappointed when I had a toilet clog and the technician they sent out could not clear the problem and charged me $294 dollars. All he did was check his menu of prices and ran a snake down the toilet which did nothing to fix the problem. All he seemed to care about was what to charge and not how to fix the problem. The man you sent figured out the problem and took care of it perfectly even if it was my air conditioner and not the plumbing. He was cheerful and helpful. Excellent work as always.
they were quick to get out to my house and get the problem solved. the repairman, zach, was excellent. my complaint would be with the cost. $2500 for one worker for 3 hours work seems a little excessive. the whole bill was $3990.
