David Mancia is back and crazy good. I picked up a sack of the espresso profile on Friday , dialed it in to factory specs. 19 grams in, 24 seconds, 19 grams out. That sack has 1 more shot in it. If you don't have an espresso machine buy a shot at the shop and savor it. You will have a transcendental moment of pure joy.
My new work spot! The people are lovely, there is the right amount of noise where its not too loud or too quite, and the coffee is seriously delicious!!

I ordered a hand poured coffee and a decaf soy latte. They both were heavenly! If you are a coffee lover and only drink the good stuff... do your self a favor and head to coava, it’s spectacular and a must try.
