My car got zapped by an enormous oak tree branch which bashed in my windshield and hood (also filled my car with broken glass). You guys did an amazing repair and detailing job! I haven't stopped smiling all day!!!!!!!
If I could give this place zero stars I would. I'll preface by saying up front that Coats did NOT work on my vehicle. I had pre-arranged to leave my car even though they couldn't start work right away, and even rented a car out of pocket. When I got there the manager pretty much called me a liar telling me she didn't say that (she didn't, I had spoken with a younger girl about this). After my vechile was damaged in a Hit and Run incident we took it to Coats. They were able to get repairs done in one week and they even cleaned the inside and outside of the vechile before it was returned! It looks brand new again. Great work and good customer service.
My car has been in their shop for over three weeks. So of course I am a little upset that they call me every 3 days and push back the deadline. Just for them to call me this morning and say the car is ready and called me 20 minutes before I am supposed to get it and they take it on a test drive and say there is additional damage. When I confessed my disdain I got rude language and an owner that has no idea what customer service means.
Back in December they fixed my car in less than 24 hours when the estimate was 2-3 days. My Fusion is back in the shop and I am so at ease knowing my baby is in good hands!
I am officially on Team Coats Auto Body. My car is not only fixed, it runs better and quieter than before. Kinda eery how quiet it is actually.
