My car is beautiful. They did outstanding job and staff so nice and efficient. It was done very fast and the entire process was smooth. I would definitely come back if I ever needed auto body work. Thank you!
By getting your work done so you can take new customers. Had I known you weren't accepting new customers yesterday I would've had it towed to somewhere else right after the wreck Tuesday night at 8:45. The least you could've done was showed you care JUST A LITTLE BIT better. No problem. I've seen the reviews. Maybe something was trying to tell me yesterday that "oh no, Linda, you don't want your car done here". Everything happens for a reason. You all have a great day WITHOUT ME! LOL
Garner location's lack of basic car knowledge and inability to provide even mediocre customer service after an appointment is more than reason enough to never recommend this company.
They repaired my truck & did additional work, without contacting me first, and without authorization from my insurance. When I complained, I was told they only communicate with the insurance & 98% of claims have additions later. That is a ridiculous amount of “unknown damage”. Also, my truck was not right & when I took it back, the manager told me “Dodge trucks are made that way”, but 6 hours later it was corrected. Really??
Excellent experience from the first minute I called to the minute I picked my car up. Customer service was very friendly and stayed in touch with me throughout. The repair was quicker than I thought and they took care of everything through insurance. Thanks for making the repair experience a breeze!
They tried to pass off a long paint run to my wife ,put sum sticky crap on tires and keep car 2 weeks longer than estimated. CHECK UR CAR ,there are no telling how many people don't look and get took
Great customer service, excellent body work and communication.
Very friendly, warm welcome. Adjustor/representative evaluated damages, provided copy to me, very thorough in his discussion with me. PROBLEM, the waiting was filthy, spider webs hanging from bottom of couches, chairs, I stepped on a small spider. Jumped up and stood while waiting on adjustor. JUST CLEAN YOUR WAITING AREA UP!
