Dr. Coates is a direct, honest, down to earth and experienced dentist. I consulted with him for second opinion about emergency dental procedure thought I needed. He gave me recommendations, answered all my questions and even fit me in on short notice! I highly recommend him!!
Well, I’ll start with the good and end with the bad, but I would certainly not recommend Dr Coates to anyone. One Friday, I woke up with tooth pain on a molar that had been crowned, and it was very painful to the touch. I called my normal dentist, but they are primarily a kid’s dentist/ortho office and are not in on Fridays, nor are they set up for emergency care. I booked him through zocdoc. He is seriously the nicest dentist I've been to. He got me in earlier than I expected. He calls to confirm his appointments himself so you feel really comfortable before you even get to the office. He really worked with me and my insurance to get the best price as well. I'm not dreading having to get the work done (and I have a lot!) He deserves more than 5 stars!
Dr. Coats is one of the best dentists I have ever had.
