If you need body work on your car or painting I would highly recommend Coats Auto Body and Paint. Several years ago someone hit the rear of my car and the bumper needed to be replaced. My insurance company gave me 3 options of companies they work with and I chose Coats due to their location. They were efficient, friendly, and did a fabulous job. Coats did an exceptional job on my vehicle. The owners are professional, caring people and have the best staff. What is always an aggravating situation (car accident/damage), they take the stress out of the repair process. My car looked like new when I recieved it back. It's one year later and absolutely no sign that it was ever repaired. They guarantee their work and use quaility products to go along with their highly qualified workers. I am so happy with the work that Coats did on my car!! I had someone look at fixing my hood a while back but was very nervous about how it would turn out so I put it off. I recently moved to Raleigh and worked closely with Coats customers for a couple months. i was guided thoroughly throughout the repair process. i could look at pictures of my car online in various stages of repair. i had no problems with my repair and the company even fixed some paint scratches not related to my accident. i will trust them for all my future repairs. Mark B
My car was involved in a hit and run accident in sept of 08. I needed a new bumper, tail light and some other paint work.I was very frustrated I had to get my car fixed and had to pay for it because someone else was too rude to stop. The entire staff at Coats was great and made me feel like family. The car was ready in 2 days and looked wonderful. I was so excited with a job well done by Coats. I will recommend them to anyone, but hope I won't need to use them anytime soon. Thanks again everyone.
I used Coats to repair my 2007 Silverado after I accidentally bumped into another car. My Husband was furious but by the time they finished the repairs you couldn't even tell it was damaged. Great Job Coats
