What a pleasure doing business with Coates! Kyle Terri-Johnson was very knowledgeable, with a welcome no pressure sales approach. Kevin Skyberg made the paperwork easy, and explained everything thoroughly. Justin was also very helpful! Mike and Andy in the service department did an excellent job with our hitch & wiring install, and when we returned for a few minor adjustments, they were done quickly, and professionally. Wonderful, friendly people! They even had a playmate for our pup and watched him while we shopped! It made for a very peaceful ride home. :) We have not yet purchased, but the staff was willing to consider our camper for trade and try to get us the rebates/deals available for what they had on their lot!
Ordered a new travel trail. The process went very well. The folks at Coates RV were helpful and did a great job!
Total shit show. I can't say the service sucks because we couldn't get any. Go to their Hugo location.
I loved Jason Holmgren. He made a difficult situation work.
