RecommendedWe stopped in at Coates RV wile driving through on a road trip. we scheduled and appointment for a non working furnace and AC. everybody was super friendly. They quickly found the source of the problem, contacted Flagstaff for the warranty authorization and fixed the problem. We were in and out within a couple ours and back on our road trip. thanks so much for taking care of us, highly recommend them!
I’ve had our 2019 motorhome into Coates for warranty work a couple times. Both times the service dept has done the work very satisfactory. I highly recommend their service department.
Matt was amazing! He wasn’t pushy, he knew what he was talking about and he found us a camper perfect for us. And he went to UMD so he kept my 8 year old occupied with bulldogs hockey talk. Thanks again Matt, we couldn’t be happier!!
Would not recommend!!! Worked through the online sales department, scheduled an appointment to drive 2 1/2 hours to look at a camper. We arrive the sales department had no idea we were coming, they did show us the camper we were interested in but come to find out they tell us after the fact that a person had put money down on the camper. But continued to ask us if we were interested took our contact information down! And then called the next day to tell us it was sold!
We loved doing business with Coates RV of Cloquet. No pressure. Phone calls to us as they said they would. returned our calls promptly. Got the answers we needed. It all started with Matt. It's great working with him, and then on to other friendly and great staff. I had heard they were great, but now I know from personal experience!!! Thanks to the crew from Steve and Shirley. We can't wait to get out in our Toy Hauler!!!
We met Jason at the RV show and with his help decided on a Forest River Salem travel trailer. Staff was all friendly and really impressed with the service received by Gavin in the parts area. He personally checked out a question we had and explained the answer. I had some issues when picking up the camper and all but 1 was resolved. The unresolved issue was damage to one of the wood counter tops and is being blamed on Forest River's warranty saying it is acceptable, but as the purchaser I dont feel it was acceptable and bein... read more

Our 5er has been sitting for 3 months for warranty work and is still not repaired.
