Typically the staff is very friendly in Hermitage, but encountered 2 young men that were extremely rude, I was embarrassed to be there. The last 6 washes left my car covered in the black tire shine product, my car is white, it looks very bad and doesn't come off easily. I canceled my membership because of both of these reasons. I'm looking forward to having the new car wash in Hermitage with newer equipment.
