1945 S. Garth Ave. LA, CA 90034 We moved in a year ago and just moved out. The apartment had cockroaches from the start. When we called maintenance, they said they would do treatment, but the roaches never went away. Other maintenance requests like leaking dishwasher, kitchen sink and showers (at move in, email below) took forever.
