Dr Duhaime told my wife that she did not suspect anything wrong, yet ordered lab work anyway. It was not discussed that this unnecessary lab work would cost us over $1,200. Additionally, they cancelled the follow-up appointment due to their own scheduling incompetencies and have refused to return calls to reschedule. In addition to office visit fees, we've paid over $1,500 to NOT HEAR ANY RESULTS. Runs unneeded tests, treatments to make additional money. Unless you like spending money only to see no improvement don't go to her
I agree with the previous comment. It is impossible to find competence in both doctor and staff. 1 out of 3 of my phone calls are returned, and extremely limited availability on office hours.
Such a caring and knowledgeable doctor, she takes time to explain things and really listens to my questions. She has gone out of her way to help me research what was best for me, and makes sure I felt comfortable with my plan.
