I have used Coastline Home Services on a couple of occasions. I have never seen anyone as detailed as Ryan. I personally saw him get down on the ground to determine the smell of something that was deteriorating my air conditioning unit. Crazy good!
Ryan is awesome! I have referred him out to many of my clients, and they have had nothing but great things to say about him. Ryan is not only great with his communication and organization skills, but he is also a great inspector. My clients like it that he uses a drone for his roof inspections. This simple but effective tool not only saves the roof from any potential damage from the inspection, but it also allows the client to see things which they may have otherwise not seen up there.
