Company designed repairs to replace damaged trusses and joists in comprised ground floor ceiling (structure damage) that were to restore integrity of a condo located in 3 story townhomes on Thomas Dr., PCB, FL in 2022. After sagging worsen during repairs county FAILED permitted work inspection requesting EOR letter. Bob did our houses plans and he was very reasonable. It was very good quality he fixed stuff for us that we really didn't think of.
