Bad experience.
I walked in one day years ago. Found out I needed a root canal and he scheduled me in that afternoon. No pain what so ever. Very reasonable price. I have been seeing him and I moved to Northern California years ago. I visit Southern California a couple times a year so it convenient to visit this kind gentle Dentist.
Now ADA will respond to Dr. Dong I have tried calling you three different times 3-28, 3-29, 3-31, you have failed to return my calls. You did surgery on my mouth 01-18-2022 and didn't even inquire how I was doing after five days. I've never felt this much pain, and it felt like the root or something deep. You are very rough when it comes to actually working on my teeth. This is the best dentist I've ever been to, and I am terrified of dentists so that's high praise! They are gentle, kind, and efficient. You can tell that every staff member genuinely cares about their work. The quality of dental work really mattered when I got my crown, and they made sure it's a perfect fit!
