Just avoid this place! The office staff at the front desk is woefully incompetent. The lady that does their billing can speak almost zero English therefore can't communicate with your insurance company ultimately leaving you to deal with the hassle. I have literally seen this office staff arguing amongst each other at the front desk in front of patients. The office is fairly rundown unorganized and not that clean there are many dentists in the area that will exceed your expectations unlike this place.
I have repeatedly observed Van mistreating employees during my visits. Her behavior toward staff is unprofessional and unacceptable. The doctor and management should intervene to address this conduct and ensure a respectful workplace or I will report this location this is unacceptable Van

I highly recommend Dr. Dong, very gentle, informative, and extremely caring. If I could give them a higher review, I would. Van is super sweet and explained every step along the way! Both are highly experienced. Thank you!
