RecommendedAngelica and Haydee are the best! The Manager and assistant will help you with anything you can even think about when it comes to moving in and they will always listen to your problems and concerns or any kind of issue!!! They are truly heaven sent!!! They helped me get into my newly remodeled apartment so quick! They listen to my sob story and got me in! This is my 2nd time staying here and I love it!
Just move to Florida from New York and decided to go apartment hunting, after visiting 4 to 5 apartment communities, I was so exhausted that I decided to go checkout one more community which was Coastline Cove Apartments, and I must say the leasing office was outstanding and very knowledgeable in answering my questions, the entire staff was outstanding and professional. The apartments here are very clean and super spacious! It’s a gated community with so many nice aminities! They have an amazing clean private gym with a whole set up! The rent is extremely reasonable for the square footage you’re getting! I have not found a 1 bed 1 bath that big before for that bring under 1,000! The staff is extremely helpful and friendly especially Angelica! I’d recommend everyone check them out!
DO NOT waste your money! I was warned about this complex but didn’t have any other options at the time I leased! Make sure you do your research and look at reviews! The rent is way too high over 1k for an affordable living unit. Lol over priced and the highest for income based in the area. The apartment is not worth the cost. The office staff is nasty and unprofessional! I’ve had appliances broken mildew and maintenance takes weeks to show up. The best first experience for purchasing my first very own apartment. They made the process smooth and enjoyable yet very faced paced and straight to the point. They’ve went above and beyond and were beyond consistent in making sure my first apartment felt like home. Best decision I’ve made entering 2020. This wonderful dream team of ladies including Angelica, Renae and of course Lola they really made sure I was comfortable and informed. Thank you ladies. I’m home🤗

What a great place to live!!! RAM Partners, LLC the new Management Company for Coastline Cove, has changed this community so much within the past 5 months... that I can’t wait to see what another 5 months will bring!!! The staff is super friendly, and knowledgeable. And, the atmosphere is amazing !!! Don’t hesitate to stop by and check out Coastline Cove, you won’t regret it!!
Coastline Cove is a wonderful place to live. I've been living here for nine years and I don't have nothing bad to say about the place. The apartments are lovely, very spacious inside. The ladies at the office are very nice, Lola and Renee. The maintenance men keeps the apartment complex clean at all times, and they make sure the maintenance issues in the apartments are taken care of. I enjoy my home here at Coastline Cove Apts.
