I paid off my auto loan on 04/16/2026. It is now 05/21/2026 and CoastHills CU has not notified the CA DMV of a release of title. I am seeking interest on the payoff amount for the delay. I have called CoastHills several times regarding this matter in April 2026, and they failed to do this due to negligence.

Paid car payment on the 29th day but due to them not having anyone available on the phone to take payment, their system processed it out on the 32nd day and charged me with an over 30-day notice which ruins my credit for 7 years. Will remove this review if it gets resolved. I have the screenshot when I paid. Never received a over 30 day notice before and they have no grace.
