1320 N H Street, Lompoc, Ca I am very happy with Coast Hills Credit Union. I've been acustomer many years. Although I've experienced some rude employees over the years, they are ppl and we all have bad days sometimes. If a person doesn't like it here at Coast Hills, I suggest you try Wells Fargo.

When I initially signed up for a CD, I was told that they would send me a paper notification before it matured so that I could roll it over into a new CD. If I did not roll it over into a new CD, it would automatically be put into a very low interest rate CD. I never received a paper notification or call, luckily I happened to check my initial receipt and realize that it was eight days after maturity, I went into the location and complained and they basically said if I hadn't come in and it went past the 10 days they would n... read more
I have been a member for quite some time. My experience with the staff has been nothing less than stellar. There has been one employee who has stood above all and has addressed our every need.
