Amazing group of people. I'll always have a soft spot for Dr Wilkis since he helped me get pregnant. Wish he was still there, but I hope he's enjoying retirement.
The staff here is amazing! Insurance and medical issues can be so confusing, emotional and down right frustrating. The nurses on Dr. Andrews team are so accommodating and helpful. They were willing to listen to me and I felt as if they really cared about my concerns and my feelings. The atmosphere of the office is calming and welcoming. I'm glad I found this place and would recommend it to anyone!
Outstanding staff in the office setting as well as the hospital setting. I have Dr. Shinners who is an amazing doctor, but I also had the opportunity to meet all the doctors while I was pregnant. I was lucky enough to have Dr. Shinners deliver my baby though. I highly recommend them to anyone. The care and compassion they show is like no other doctors office I've ever been too. I've never had an issue with waiting too long whether it be in the lab, ultrasound, or waiting for the doctor. Overall they deserve 5 stars any day.
I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Burkley!!! She is the very best at what she does. With her help, we are raising two healthy children.
I have been a patient of Susan Doughty for years and just love her. However, since moving to CWHC the process of accessing her services has been terrible. The phone system is clunky - after listening to several options you are put on hold, presumably, until a person is available but there is no indication you are on hold because there is just dead air. They send out text reminders for appointments with a number to call to reschedule but the reminders come after the office is closed. The website is a mess, there is no email a... read more
