Had a great experience with the staff at Coastal Waves. Very accommodating to our needs. Our family of 6 adults and 4 babies under two stayed at Petes Place. The beds were very comfortable and the house had all the necessities we needed to stay for the week. We were not right on the beach but with small babies we found it nice to take a small walk over the bridge to the beach area. The beach was very clean and not very crowded. Rented a beautiful home with an amazing view from Coastal Waves Vacations. My family and I are very fond of resort vacations, so being able to stumble upon this company was definitely great. Rooms were very spacious and really beautifully decorated. The interior design are also impeccable. The home we rented was literally right next to the beach, so the view was beautiful and it was very convenient for us to change and hop to the beach. Horrible service department when something goes wrong. The ac was broke in the house we rented and it was 94 degrees in the house. We're told we would get money refunded, now they won't answer their phone or haven even spoke with me since the stay. HIGHLY UNSATISFIED. They don't keep to their word. Poor customer service.
