STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!!! THEY BOOKED OUR VACATION RENTAL AND AFTER THEY TOOK OUR MONEY THE TERMS OF THE AGREEMENT BEGAN TO CHANGE AT THE LAST MINUTE. THEY WHEN WE SAID THAT IT WAS NOT ACCEPTABLE THEY JUST CANCELED OUR RESERVATION THE NIGHT BEFORE WE WERE SUPPOSED TO CHECK INTO OUR RENTAL. THIS WAS 4TH OF JULY WEEKEND AND WE RENTED THIS HOUSE TO SPEND A LONG WEEKEND WITH OUR SON WHO IS LEAVING TO SERVE IN THE ARMY STATIONED IN GERMANY FOR 3 YEARS. THEY HAVE NO RESPECT FOR PEOPLE AND ARE A JOKE
This was the most disgusting vacation home our family has ever rented. When we arrived the floors were filthy and there was feces in the carpet, the freezer was broken and the trim on refrigerator was burning hot, the sink backed up and we couldn’t use it. They said they would repair the sink on Monday. So my son in law took turned into a plumber and fixed it. The house was poorly maintained. RecommendedThe lazy dog was a great place to stay!
We were excited that this place said dog friendly, as our dog loves the beach but was very disappointed that after we paid that we would have to pay an additional 250.00 to bring him. Also was surprised to read that if we were late checking in, we would be charged $75 for every hour we were late ! This also includes if traffic is bad in Galveston and your running late! Unfortunately this company is run by people that don’t care about or appreciate customer service or making things right. They will just take your money and do whatever with it and you should probably book your vacation through another company. One that doesn’t lie and take it vantage
