I highly recommend the Chesapeake Coastal Vision. My son broke my glasses and I called places all morning trying to find who still sold my frames. No one sold them, but Coastal Vision is the only place that went the extra mile and found them on an online retailer for me. Tina and Heather at the Chesapeake office were very accomadating to a new client trying to get in quickly. Then the Tech Tina and Dr Wang were excellent. So glad to connect with this business. I was very impressed all around.
Dr. Nilsson, his assistants, receptionist and billing team are amazing. They actually made my visit for an eye exam fun! Customer service was on point. They are all thorough, professional, attentive and caring. Highly recommend!
