Treat my pup well and the staff are very friendly
Had to leave a message to try to make an appointment. When there was no return call several hours later I called again and a man answered the appointment extension number to tell me that they would get back to me and there would be a $247.00 fee at the time the appointment is made prior to any service. I asked if they were understaffed and he said, not when we get to you and repeated the fee for making an appointment. By the end of the day there was no call from them.
They go above and beyond to make your dog as comfortable as possible in very difficult situations. Highly recommend.
I can’t attest to their skills because they never call you back. Over the past 3 weeks, I have left 3 messages trying to make an appointment. . 🦗
Giving three stars out of frustration. My bulldog has a bacterial staph infection and was finally prescribed doxycycline. The only problem is the vet didn’t specify which doxycycline (there are two), which according to the pharmacist is very important to know which one.the dermatologist office won’t be open until Tuesday, which helps me, and my dog very little. I get that we all make mistakes, but I’m tired of watching my dog suffer!
