So grateful for Coastal Vet! Since the day we joined, they have treated my 2 labs as if they were theirs. Their 24/7 availability is amazing! It gives peace of mind knowing when something happens someone is on the other end of the phone who will help! Can't say enough about how great all the staff are with my babies. Both my dogs LOVE going to the Vet!
My 11yr old cat had a sudden health crisis which very likely could have ended up killing him but Dr Cromwell and her team went above and beyond to provide superhero care during his hospitalization. I was even able to spend a couple hours with him after hours when he was at his worst which I really believe helped him (and me) get through it. Best Veterinary clinic we have ever been to. Extremely knowledgeable, always available and so good with our three pups.
Went in for an initial consult just to see my options. I have had trouble with long wait times even with appointments, difficulty scheduling specialty services and sometimes regular appts, and difficulty getting into contact with a vet at my previous vet. I also felt I was not listened to or heard about my pets sometimes and that frustrated me. So, when I found this one, I was intrigued. It was so relaxing just going to a consult. I just wanted to express how grateful I am that coastal vet was able to get my dog in for emergency surgery. I literally called about 20 different emergency hospitals this morning none were able to help my dog. From the moment I got there they took me back, let me be there with my dog and just were absolutely amazing. My dog would not of survived another day if it wasn’t for coastal vet.
