I had my procedure work done by Dr. Berger, he did great 👍...I feel so much better now thanks to him...However, the address is wrong...Same street at the 1168 building on the second floor...Communication here is terrible and you're might get through to someone on the phone or maybe not...50/50 shot...I had issues with the staff as far as scheduling and had an appointment set many weeks ahead and multiple arrangements set...The staff kept calling me and making excuses to change my appointment arrangements and I expressly dec... read more
Office manager is the absolute worst. Avoids phone calls and resolving issues. It’s a shame because Dr. Brown is above qualified and a very amazing doctor. Office staff…not so much.
