Do not rent or Intrust this company to run your vacation home. We knew the owners of coastal sunshine for some time now and we honestly never really had any serious issues with them until they switched from beachycations to coastal sunshine. Payments were delayed during their transition but never not paid. Would give zero stars if I could. They were informed in May that they were no longer allowed to manage the rental which we had booked. They were left with the responsibility of telling us and refunding our money which not only didn’t happen but they charged our remaining balance in August fully knowing that it was a fraudulent rental agreement at that point.
