Had a dental emergency, the office got me in right away. Dr Parvin assured me that she would be able to treat the problem and she did. She is my regular dentist and I would recommend her to everyone.
Do not come here!! They told me that they "accept" all insurances, but didn't tell me that they didn't "partner" with my insurance. They asked for a $1000 deposit and charged me almost $800 for an assessment and removal of two crowns. They finally refunded my two hundred and some $$ back, after many phone calls. Not a comfortable atmosphere, although the receptionist was nice.
We do love Dr Parvin. Have loved this office for years but I think that's coming to an end. Getting appointments is ridiculous. Calling & leaving messages with no return calls. The new guy at check in desk is very rude and has an attitude every time we come in. His "too bad so sad" attitude is down right horrible. I miss the lady that worked the desk. For someone that rude to be the first interaction is a big turn off. He is the main reason my family might be going elsewhere!
When I first visited Dr. Parvin, I was concerned about my dental health. I am so grateful that I made my first appointment with Dr. Parvin, as it ultimately led to a tremendous transformation in my health, physical appearance, and self-confidence. So I happened upon Coastal Smile while I was working. I was greeted by a very nice gentleman that took time from his busy day to listen to what I was there for as I was noticing there was something very different from any other dental office that I’ve been in. Every staff member that noticed me smiled at me and acknowledged I was there. I had been dealing with a painful tooth for quite awhile without luck in getting in anywhere.
