Excellent experience!! With my Sleep Specialist 👏
Stay away from this place. First MAJOR problem is they do not answer phone calls, nor do they return them. I've left 3 messages in 2 weeks, finally go there in person and get the response that they are still getting to people from messages 2 weeks ago!!! They have about 10 people working there, one makes phone calls with patients. Second, they have revolving doctors. Each works a week, so if they are booked up for a week, next opportunity might be 6 weeks away, and again might be booked up. They then refuse to let you see a ... read more
I never got into this place. Just the process of getting treatment is sketchy. Communication with staff is dismal. First call, I'm on hold. Gave up after 10 minutes. Waited a while and called to get an offsite call recording. Third call got a real person that acted like this was the business norm for them. Why did my doctor send me there? They all work for SVMH.
