My experience with the actual sleep study was very positive. Getting the results however was a different story. I was told it would take 7 to 10 business days to get the results. On the ninth day after not hearing anything I called and was told that the results were just being dictated and IF they got “into the system “ I would get the results on the 10th day.
Overpaid and very difficult to work with getting the refund. I can’t see why it should take a month and a half to send a check out. Beware if you’re prepaying them.
RecommendedMatt was very kind and professional..Nice sheets, but folks y'all need to invest in real TV's and cable!! Everyone falls asleep in front of the TV!!!

Coastal sleep Labs is an absolute joke they don't really care about your health all they care about is your insurance information whose insurance company they woke me up at 5 in the morning threw me out of there it's just a total joke and I had to call they took a month to give me my results and I had to call in to send the information to my position it's just a total joke and they still don't call you back I believe the guy's name is Matt he's there I guess he's the manager he must be a real joke I would not recommend that ... read more
