This is my 2nd time seeing Dr. Crosby in less than a year regarding my eye conditions. I left feeling that someone is on my side in trying to figure it out. She is brilliant, thinks outside the box when needed and explains her possible findings as clearly as possible. I am grateful to have found a doctor as compassionate and caring as she is.

Today I had the last in-office surgery to remove a cyst that has been a persistent pest that has been bothering me for at least 10 years. Dr Shinko Lin has been doing a number of these in patient removals for me for I believe it has been 3 to 4 years. She is moving to Hillcrest and will be working at Kaiser due to the benefits that will be better. The eye doctor was kind and knowledgeable, but unfortunately that was the only positive part of my experience. The front desk staff was consistently rude, unprofessional, and nearly impossible to reach by phone. I had multiple issues with my trial contact lenses and had to repeatedly follow up, with calls going unanswered and no timely callbacks. I went with my husband for his annual visit. I actually went with him so that I could drive him home if he couldn’t drive himself. I was pleasantly surprised that they had a cancellation and saw me about a half hour after they saw him. Everyone in the office was very pleasant and efficient. My husband and I have been seeing Dr. Crosby for many years and I would highly recommend her to anyone.

I wanted to share my experience for anyone with a more complex or unique prescription. While Dr Victoria does an amazing job to get your prescription, her staff supporting her fails to continue the care. After my appointment, I was told that trial lenses would be sent and that there would be follow-up regarding next steps. Unfortunately, over two weeks passed without any follow-up or delivery of the trials, despite my expectation that this was part of the care plan discussed.
