I wanted to share my experience for anyone with a more complex or unique prescription. While Dr Victoria does an amazing job to get your prescription, her staff supporting her fails to continue the care. After my appointment, I was told that trial lenses would be sent and that there would be follow-up regarding next steps. Unfortunately, over two weeks passed without any follow-up or delivery of the trials, despite my expectation that this was part of the care plan discussed. Unfortunately, I don't have much experience with vision care, but I feel so fortunate to have found Dr. Victoria Vuong Nguyen as she is just incredible. I get very nervous seeing doctors, but she is incredibly friendly, nice, makes you feel so comfortable as if you were being seen by a friend. Dr. Varshney is a true professional helping with all my eye needs. Wonderful practical advice for dry eyes. I trust her and my husband also had cataract surgery. Both of us are doing well.
