Torsten and Sean gave an excelent service
I had a terrible experience with this company. They should have replaced my retractable awning broken arms months ago. By now, Tom keeps promising he will refund the 50% downpayment we disbursed. However, he doesn’t answer to our calls. All we expected was to have our retractable awning to be properly repaired, but obviously it was never Coastal Shutter Windows & Doors Inc. intention to do so.
A friend paid the deposit and has not heard from them since September. No reply, no way to contact the company. Call center is frustrating and seems like you’re talking to a recording. Filed a formal complaint but no resolution. It’s sad that business scam decent people and there’s nothing you can do about it.
Tom has been ghosting us for over a month. He won’t answer calls and it’s honestly looking like we shouldn’t have trusted him at all. All we want are our windows or our money back but there is no answer on his behalf. And there seems to be nobody else we can talk to at this company.
