In July of 2021 I entered a contract with Tom the owner to have 9 windows installed (5 hurricane resistant / 4 regular to match) I was informed production was slow due to void and expect a delay. A deposit was given and the wait began. 6 months later I checked and was informed delays continued due to COVID. A few times I called and Tom did not answer. Coastal Shutter and Windows is now a new contact on my home projects list! I have a large and long Accordion shutter that is about 30 feet long, with a removable track. The sidewalk screws that held the track in the concrete had all either pulled out, were stripped, were filled with concrete or just did not hold a screw. With a Hurricane coming, Sean came the next day, and made it so the accordion shutters worked even better than they did when they were newly installed. And he did it in omly about 3 hours. Coastal shutters was terrific for help with wind mitigation. They installed our steel shutters at a very good price ! But price is not the only plus they were courteous and kind and were real pros. They were on time and did a fantastic job. We interviewed three other shutter companies but none could compare !! Oliver and Sean were both wonderful. As far as we were concerned there was no other choice.
