Tyler and Ryan came out to my home yesterday for a service call. My pump was bad and needed to be replaced. They made sure I had AC in the house until they came back out Wednesday to replace my pump. They are awesome! Love the professionalism and they did a great job. Thanks guys!!
They installed an air conditioner in home in 2019 that has not worked properly since it was installed. I made many calls to them but their solution was always needed to be charged, too much charge, or of course coil issue. The last time I called, I was informed they would not service my unit anymore. I have not been able to contact anyone concerning this issue except for the people in the Pooler, GA office.I have had the unit checked by other companies. All say install problem.
