Friendly service, easy scheduling and service guys were timely, respectful, kind and experienced in their job detail. The driver called ahead of time to let us know he was on their way. Great service, highly recommend Coastal Septic! The service fee included septic tank bacteria to use twice per year to keep the septic tank working sufficiently.
Coastal did an excellent job and highly recommend their services. Employees very professional, helpful and courteous.
Rhonda in the office is GREAT to work with. She made everything sooo easy during the process of getting our home ready to sell. The crew doing the work showed up punctually, I did not even need to be in attendance. The work was very satisfactorily done; the crew was friendly and very professional. This is the third time I have dealt with Coastal Septic over the past three years. Consistently satisfactory. I recommend Coastal for all of your septic needs.
I called Coastal Septic Services on Tuesday about 4 pm and left a message we had a backed up septic problem. They called me first thing Wednesday morning, sent someone out by noon and had the problem resolved. They pumped out our septic tank promptly and efficiently! They were very courteous and professional. We were impressed with your services and competitive pricing. Thank you, Patrick and Daron!
