Rhonda in the office is GREAT to work with. She made everything sooo easy during the process of getting our home ready to sell. The crew doing the work showed up punctually, I did not even need to be in attendance. The work was very satisfactorily done; the crew was friendly and very professional. This is the third time I have dealt with Coastal Septic over the past three years. Consistently satisfactory. I recommend Coastal for all of your septic needs.
I called Coastal Septic Services on Tuesday about 4 pm and left a message we had a backed up septic problem. They called me first thing Wednesday morning, sent someone out by noon and had the problem resolved. They pumped out our septic tank promptly and efficiently! They were very courteous and professional. We were impressed with your services and competitive pricing. Thank you, Patrick and Daron!

I have a long history with this company. I would trust them to do the right thing. They have always treated me fairly. Darrin is a totally respectable man . . who can laugh with the best. We could laugh at ourselves.
I had requested a tank cleanout and when the crew got to my residence and opened the raiser it was not required. They explained the situation and that tank was fine. They packed up and left saying they did not want to charge unnecessarily. This type of honesty and integrity by the service provider was wonderful. I have used Coastal for many years and it's great to know this business ethic is alive and well.
