Been trying for over a month to get repair work done. They sent someone out to see what needed to be done. The employee said he would get back to us the next day. He didn't. That was over a month ago. When we didn't hear back, I texted the owner, Steve. He replied that he would get back to me the next day. He never did. Their automated system has email me over and over and over again asking if I got their bid. EVERY TIME I reply, NO, I NEVER RECEIVED A BID.
