Not that this review matters anymore because they are randomly closing without informing their current patients, pay $120 every 3 months just for someone to call and ask if you still feel okay, then send in 3 more months of script to the pharmacy. Fine I get it, it's regulated and they have to check in. I would at least expect 3 months to actually be sent in considering you can't get ahold of anyone on the phone. They don't care about anyone. Impossible to get a hold of an actual person when I call. Left a message weeks ago. No return call. Son has been out of meds. He has ADHD and needs it for school.
Terrible experience PN Jenks rude and refuses to give me my daughter autism and ADHD test. I asked for them two years ago. She said you don't need them. For the last 61 days I've been trying to get them for ABA therapy once again they haven't given them to me. There billing was wrong. I wish I went anywhere else than here.
I'm editing my review and taking it down from a 5 star to a two star. For the last several times I've had to get meds refilled it takes a week or longer like today went to pick my meds up because it had been two weeks since it was sent in mind you I had to drive an hour because not many pharmacies around here carry the med only to be told that the pharmacy had been waiting 2 weeks for this office to send a prior authorization in which should only take 48 hours max.
