Dr. Silversmith is simply the best. She is thorough, caring and most of all listens. She never rushes through my appointments. I have sent family and friends to this office.
Very unprofessional!! No call after 10 weeks of waiting! I called them and was told no new patients are being taken. No one bothered to call me, could have but can’t be bothered. I would not recommend just for that reason.
They have a service menu that keeps you in a loop. Spoke to multiple people over the course of 2 months waiting for records and analysis in order to schedule an appointment and then was never notified that they decided not to take on new clients. Very disorganized practice and poor customer service.
Dr. Silversmith is the most attentive, compassionate, kindest doctor I have seen in the 30 years I have been under the care of a rheumatologist. Her support staff is always friendly as well.
I travel 1.5hr to be seen by Dr Silversmith. She is by far one of the best Dr’s I have ever encountered. I never feel rushed, rather as if I am her only patient. So kind, friendly & really listens. Her staff is fantastic as well.
