When my husband had forgot the elbow to connect the hose to his mask for his Bi-Pap machine he called and talked to Kyle who set it up for him to pick it up at the store in Murels Inlet, SC. He met with Kaye and was able to get the part even though the store wasn’t open on a Saturday. They went above and beyond to ensure he was taken care of with respect, care and love. Thank you Kyle and Kaye for your professionalism.
I found Coastal Respiratory and, at long last, a team that understands those of us who need but struggle with CPAP. I had tried two other local groups, getting supplies was a nightmare and the team's only qualifications seemed to be they used CPAP or knew someone who did. I would like to thank everyone at the Coastal Respiratory and Brace Store in Murrells Inlet for their generosity shown to the clients & staff at the Georgetown Cty. Disabilities & Special Needs workshop. They stepped up to help solve an equipment issue that enabled many of the clients to continue attending the daily workshop without interruption. I started with Coastal Respiratory when my husband needed walkers. No idea where to go so Google here I am! Coastal Respiratory came up and I live in Murrells Inlet and they were behind Chick-fil-A. So off I went to check them out and go on to another place. The lady that waited on me did not try to sell me anything. She gave me product knowledge. So I bought two nice walkers.
