I would not recommend hiring Lacey as an agent. She under valued the worth of my home here in Gulfport, MS. She advised me to list my home at $146,000, there are two other local agents that recommended I list my home for $182,000 and 180,000. Ms. Perniciaro was not interested in anything I had to say regarding the sale of my home.
Stacey was amazing. She was very knowledgeable about the area and all the different properties she showed us. We would highly recommend her.
We used Stacey Butera and she was a DREAM to work with!!! She was so available, kind, and patient!!
