I am renting an apartment through Coastal. It has taken them over 3 months to do anything about the sliding glass door. It never worked properly to begin with, but for 3 months the glass has been off the frame. Right now, the door is being held together by packing tape. I have a 1 year old who is walking, and every single day I have to worry about glass falling on my daughter or falling and breaking on the carpet. Glass doesn't come out of carpet.
