I’ve been a patient of Dr.Mawhinney and he has taken great care of me through the years and is very patient and compassionate. All of the women at the front desk are kind and do help getting prescriptions and request filled in a timely manner.
You can expect to never get anyone on the phone to answer any questions or refill any prescriptions.
My son has been a patient of one of these doctors for over 7 years. Up until he joined this group and we started going to the La Jolla location we never had any issues with late appointments or no shows. I'm sure that I was told that the appointment was at a specific time as I put it on the calendar and spoke with 2 people, one was the "office manager", and now all the sudden we are late?!
