Been a patient for 5 yrs. In 2020, I sought treatment for what turned out to be plantar fasciitis. I've had to return over the course of 5 yrs for different injuries and all treatments have been successful..... when I followed Dr Menn's orders. INCLUDING wearing my inserts. His approach with physical therapy and medications got me "back on my feet" again. GREAT office staff too! Scheduling is easy, call backs happen, and his assistants are top notch professionals!
The staff at Coastal Podiatry were very sweet and caring to my 94 year old mother. Dr. Hamilton took care of our concerns quickly and with great care. It was our first experience with a podiatrist and it was a great one!
I am writing to review to express my frustration with the lack of assistance I have received regarding my health insurance claim for services provided by Coastal Podiatry Associates. I initially visited the Conway office on May 17, 2024, and returned on May 31, 2024, due to ongoing pain in my right heel. After a few months, I had to revisit the office for the same issue on September 25, 2024.
