Love my new place when you can make a house into a home
My journey started by finding just the right place for me.. After meeting Angela and viewing the property, a lot of communication ensued with Angela and property manager Ralph to discuss needs and wants for the upcoming lease. I found a hurdle to climb, but with the help and assistance of Angela and Ralph ,everything was handled professionally and timely. The day I got my keys, I shook hands with them and my new adventure begins. I thank Angela and Coastal Pioneer for a job well done.
Edit: I’m disappointed by the lack of accountability, especially given the mistakes made on your part on behalf of the owner. I assure you returning the deposit isn’t out of your “good faith” but actually because they did indeed mess up. Otherwise there is no way they would return it. Again Coastal Pioneers did not follow the law/rental agreement and you had already took claim of our deposit within 7 days. I received notice on June 19th, my deposit was taken on June 26th. I’ve had a fantastic experience working with this property management company. Michelle & Ralph are always helpful, responsive, and incredibly knowledgeable in all matters. Whether it’s day-to-day management or more complex issues, they handle everything with professionalism and care. Highly recommend!
