I am very disappointed in Coastal Pain. After moving to San Diego, I needed to reestablish care. My general practitioner referred me to Coastal Pain. I had told them on my first visit that I need sympathetic nerve blocks periodically and they didn't tell me they don't do them until I needed one. Now I have to wait a month and a half to reestablish care with another clinic and then wait again for an appointment for the nerve block. I had an excellent experience. Dr. Brizzie is the best doctor and the best pain relief doctor. He is incredibly kind and intelligent and always goes the extra mile to make you feel comfortable and heard. He is amazing, extremely thorough, and listens with compassion while providing care that is truly tailored to your diagnosis. Front office staff are extremely rude and condescending. They put you on indefinite hold claiming to get a manager to talk to you, that never comes.
